Tell them you need the contract because you are being audited by the Inland Revenue, or VAT people.

Agreed + the 3rd party will have to prove losses as a direct result of you breaking the covenants, which in turn is very hard to prove.

Hi guys once again thanks for all your trouble.Yes I reckon they would choose the whole of the u.k.

I was only a self employed saleman ,thats it.Would that make a difference?

They had an "idea" I am copying the "idea".Over a pint of beer I would tell you why I have no loyalty to them and no guilt.

As the Dragons Den guys allways say "whats to stop anyone copying your idea"

I will be going ahead just did not need this in the back of my head.

I left mid september time,the time they find out if they do will be mid march about 6 mths in.
