Top surgery is a lovely sweet trans euphemism for it , trying to down play all that it entails. Same with bottom surgery , it’s almost prudish !
Except you have already posted a description which outlines the risks.I’m confident that Elliot page who had the surgery and described it as top surgery has a clearer understanding of what it entails than you or I do.

It's not in the least annoying.... so long as saying "mastectomy" is still acceptable.
For sure it is.gregs656 said:

Someone with mental health issues taking this drastic step is worrying to say the least. Hopefully they are wealthy enough to have the best care both physically and mentally, unlike the majority of girls who could be influenced by Elliot.

It’s strange that things that effect women have to change ie pregnant people , people with a cervix etc , but men ? Still prostrate is a male issue never “people with a prostrate “ wonder why ?
It’s a Prostate gland, many of my patients are Prostrate after my anaesthetic however ;-)Iwantafusca said:
Let’s see what happens with Elliot.

I’m sure your concern is valued by him, perhaps you could also explain they surgery he’s had to him. You seem to be much better informed on his well-being than he is. Here’s a current example. I would strongly suggest nobody comments at all on this topic unless you’re retired and can afford to not worry. This is the world we live in.

Maya Forstater wasn't fired or sacked. She was on a temporary contract which was not renewed. The decision for this was not based on her tweets alone, but on her comments within the workplace which, in the words of the judge, were 'not worthy of respect in democratic society'.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9516987/T...

Myth 1: “She didn’t lose her job, her contract wasn’t renewed”

Truth: I was a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Global Development (CGD) from November 2016 with a series of consultancy contracts and the expectation of an ongoing relationship.
Her 'Truth' doesn't contradict the claim, it supports it. Pugaris said:
