I work for a company that almost always gives inflationary pay rises. Sometimes a little extra in exchange for some minor concession but always with an inflationary component. This year was the second of a 3 year deal we did linked to CPI. Very simple, offers consistency and security of income. Some businesses are too niche to really work out a market rate, ours is one of them.I've never worked at a company that gives cost of living or inflation based raises.
