fk him!

Take it as an opportunity to find more/better clients.

Don't grovel to the jumped up ste, let him make his mistakes. If you're as good as you say you are, they'll come begging soon enough.

I feel the same, you will never be happy with this set-up in the future

Hey, thanks again for the replies...yep, I'm freelance, have been for 11-12 years...am fully aware of the flux that can happen, never been paid a day in sick pay or holiday...fully happy with all that.

However, I have never seen or heard of anyone being treated with such shoddyness...people seem to think that this is either fair enough, par for the course or even a good thing.

I never, ever accept anything in my professional/working life that I wouldn't accept in my personal life. Rudeness, sexism, racism, shouting, aggression...I call them all out and people who either accept that kind of st or even encourage it can fk themselves.

People seem so meek and timid sometimes. Not good enough; don't let yourselves down.

Still, another 60-70K year...who knows how long it'll last, but I will not taint myself by association with ignorant/nasty idiots or enabling them by compliance and complicity.

And breathe....:-)

But you'll take his work if he lets you ? Either have principles or don't, but don't claim to then flake for the money.
