Under paid?

Ok, so I am 19 and in my contract it does say...

Your pay will be 4.60 per hour.

You will sometimes work over the normal 9-5

You may work offsite.

You are not allowed another job.

Is this ok?

730 per month.

But I just do wierd hours, start around 9.00AM and finish anywhere from 5.30 to 8.00 on some days.

OK, I may well ask for over time if my wages do not go up at the end of this year. I am just finding it hard to be able to own a car (£1900) a year! And a little luxury like going to the gym and a phone bill. That is all, no rent, no water bills and no leccy bills.

I work at a kart circuit.

I don't really have a job title as such because I have to do everything, from, cutting grass, sweeping up, fixing the karts, taking money, helping customers, most usual garderning jobs on a bigger scale.

I have read through it loads and loads, and again just then! It does not say anything about that no.

Basically feel like I am being taken for a ride.

OK, I will give it a go. Basically it does saw how many hours I have to work...Very clever.

So, I will see what this year brings and if no pay rise or contract review, I will ask and see what can happen.
