The only colour to have in my opinion, and I wished I'd waited to find one that colour... I'm turning it into a track car now as I have a new daily but Silver Grey for the win! (Especially with the CS alloys)

Bought mine private last year from a guy off m3 cutters website, had to travel 5 hours to get the car but had looked at some awful cars before. Currently for sale on eBay atm, gonna miss it, but needs must.

I bought the m3 I had for £12250 in 2012 with 25k on the clock. It was a manual coupe. The previous owner had trouble selling it even at that price. I kept it for just over 2 and a half years and loved it! I sold it in 2014 with 43k on the clock having lost my job for the second time in a year! I would never have sold it otherwise.I was gutted.

But, I had very little interest at all in it even at just over £10k.

It was silver and had black leather. Perhaps that's why no one wanted it....rolleyes

I paid less than £5k.

It has a number of issues, but the engine and transmission are fine.

Project... smile

Manual, SMG? What year? What are the issues?

SMG, 03 plate (boot floor replaced by BMW 20k miles ago).

Issues are mostly cosmetic (the wheels need a refurb - badly) plus it's going to need an Inspection 2 soon, and the rear tyres won't last the summer.

Still fun to drive though. smile

This is my third. I bought it in 2013 at 27k miles.

I undertook a concourse style restoration at 30k miles. It's now on 36k and lives under a blanket. Sacrilege I know!

I couldn't sell it as I still prefer it to the newer M cars.
