Tracking an E36?

I took my standard M3 Evo round brands hatch a few weeks ago and was usprised how good it was. I taken the my E30 M3 round a few months before and from what people had said the E36 was not going to be anywhere near as good.

It did understeer a fair bit more than the E30 but the power down the straights more than made up for what it lost in the corners.
