Ok I think you're talking about changing the inlet manifold for improved power

Ok mate il go out and spend another 13 grand a get a 330 i never thought of that ??
It was a genuine question. The difference between a 325 and a 330 isn't £13k either is it?.What whp are you hoping to run? Have you included the cost of a remap to utilise the changes you want to make to your inlet manifold?
What is your ultimate goal?

Well i was hoping to to take it upto the power of the 330i which is 268 bhp i think and then a further remap if possible i know its going to be a few hundred pound for the remap alone.thsnks for the replysWhat whp are you hoping to run? You don't understand... The engines are basically the same so it's a fair question.
No I understand fully they are a detuned 3.0 in some of the 325i's But by the time you've bought the bits you might as well just buy a 330i at least its actually what its ment to be by then... My real question is why is it in the M power section...Jamieprice01 said:
I thought it was the n53 330i manifold i needed as mine has the n53 engine i think
N53 is the high pressure 3.0 which is basically a N54 without the turbo. Do you have the N53b30? I don't think the N53b25 is a 3.0 but might be wrongThe n52b25 and n52b30 are the same engine both 3.0, bar the inlet manifold and mapping
