How much is an M3 worth?

Looking to sell my M3 coupe, 2004 (04), SMG, xenons, tv/sat nav, 18in alloys, CD changer 16k miles - anyone any idea how much a BMW dealer would give me for this (no trade in just a straight sale) or how much I would get for it privately? Thoughts much appreciated

Thanks - agreed it's easier to sell it to a dealer as long as they are prepared to give a respectable price (i.e. i'll accept a discount to take out the hassle factor etc). you got £26,500 for yours and it had covered 30k miles so maybe I wont be miles off with only 16k on the clock. Will be very sad to see it go, it is just the most awesome car I have owned and just perfect. The best car buying decision of my life....
