342 was only 4bhp out. Do I win a prize?
Yes.. I shall tell you this.. I did a 535D at the weekend with a tuneit box.. 330bhp and 480 ft lb's of torque..
Very nice

The BHP ain't far off; what's the torque in Nm? Was it run in or brand new?
Charlie - whens the next PH RR day? I may come and have a run...
Jan.. thread running in general Gassing..
Despite what is stated in various articles, BMW only claim 338bhp for the Z4m coupe i believe.

So, can you get a proper figure from the CSL? A mate said he came down to you a few days back and his car was up at 376bhp after a DMS remap.
I've still not had the chance to fiddle with a csl on the rollers, So honestly.. I don't know, I've heard conflicting reports. If your mate booked his CSL in with us last week, he forgot the appointment and I have'nt heard back from him.

Vixpy1 - I would like to know whether the figures quoted for my 997 GT3 are anything like Porsche say they are. The car is still very young but I will bring it down to you if you say that it is 'old' enough to participate. It certainly feels very quick. I would like to see if the 'Sport' button makes any difference either.
Car only has 900 miles on it at the moment and that is not likely to increase by a huge amount any time soon.

We have done plently of stuff around the 1000 mile point, so it should'nt be a problem

you joking or serious? surely your estimated flywheel reading is within 1% of manufacturers figures so it shows the car is spot on - or am i missing something?
what was the rear wheel power - none of this estimated flywheel rubbish
bennno
It is indeed within one percent, in fact according to the manual its spot on.. the guy drove it back to the dealer because he only had it on an afternoon test drive
Can't recall the rear wheel hp, will look it up..
