Looking to upgrade my current e46 325ci sport to an e46 m3, but not sure which one to go for. The manual gearbox or the smg. Ive heard questions that the smg box can be jerky. Any help would be most welcome.

Thanks for the replys folks any assistance on this matter would be great as ive heard so many different opinions on the smg!sorry to be a pest, whats the story behind the critical "1200 mile running in period" is this a must? any views.

does anyone know where to get illuminated door sill plates, heard of a forum in the states selling them but does anwhere in the uk do them?
