Rusty front calipers E46 M3

Despite my best efforts and weekly washing I now how a set a rusty looking front calipers on my E46 M3.

Anyone recommend a refurb service that can repaint at a reasonable cost. Pref based in the South East.

If I had the money I'd swap them for some AP's but budget doesn't allow at the minute!

Got all the stuff, prepared to remove wheel then realised the M3 doesn't have a jack - doh!

Can anyone recommend a jack that fits under the kit without too much grief.

Have a torque wrench but no oil or sleeves. Probably a trip to Halfords next weekend I think.
