E46 M3 tyre ratings

Anyone know what the recommended tyre ratings are for the E46 M3. Most concerned with load index.

Just got a set of tyres with a rating of 89 (580kg at 51psi) and want to know if these are suitable?

What are other folks running?

35 front and 40 rear's not the load index... The load index is usually something along the lines of 91Y.
