M5 fuel consumption

Was looking at buying a 05 M5'.. Is it poosible to get 20-25mpg out of these yokes when driving easy??

Mate of mine has an M6, drives flat everywhere and have only ever seen 12.1mpg on the dash average.

Anybody here have M5 and get half decent feul consumption??

Otherwise thinking of a CSL AGAIN!!

cheers lads... I think 20 mpg would be ok, prob 15 around town, i would be doing 20k miles a year..

Went for a look yesterday.. Lovely car, Interlagos blue, black leather, leather dash, sunroof, sat-nav, adaptive seats, bluetooth, heated seats, 44k kms...

The average mpg on dash was 18.9
