Just going to put my RT up for sale, at the same price, probably also 10k over priced !!!
Shelby replica notch !!! not fastback , estimated £36K-42K at Historics.
Makes your R/T look good value, makes you wonder at what cost to replace it for the same

Spotted outside our local bodyshop this afternoon - a pair of red chrome bumper C3 Corvettes, lovely
Seems to be a few yanks around your way sitting outside workshops, owners seem to be happy investing moneyin these old cars now that they are increasing in value, There's a 71 C3 454 big block in "Classic Car Auctions" tomorrow,
£60K restoration 10 years ago, estimated at £28K-£32K , a lot less than the silver big block car that sold in Historics a couple of months ago.
Any road trips planned this weekend in the Masa,

Ye noticed that as well, you can change your E-bay name and tel no but your style of ad normally gives it away.
Was thinking about phoning to see if he wants to pay me ???

Ha ha, id just feel a cock if i had the keep dropping the price i just do real world, but i must admit it does make me rather odd !
Never done any of this for the money, just be straight and sensible,
The trouble is at the moment the 'real world' is all over the place, so no need to be out of pocket if there is the chance that someone will be only too eager to beat your door down and hand over more dosh than you might otherwise be expecting....especially if it leads to that bucket list bullnose T/A with a M22.Never done any of this for the money, just be straight and sensible,

It’s been in my possession exactly a week and the ‘buzz’ still hasn’t died down.....
Ref the local yanks - that body shop I mentioned appears to have about a third of its workload taken up with various medium sized yank metal, the rest is a mix of British stuff like Stags, Bentleys, Jags etc, with the odd Italian appearing occasionally.

one of the reasons its become a bit of a thing now , is my age, my knee, and lots of talk of Redundancies at my place, ive been told im safe as im pretty much now a lone cannon, the other body guy never came back following Furlough,
Ive got a lovely new Oven to play with, state of the art paint scheme, so thinking its probably my last hurrah so to speak,

newsatten------- l expect you have seen it already, 74 T/A manual, not what you want but close,
Seem's to cheap unless photo's are hiding something, Just thinking you won't have to sacrifice your R/T to buy it,
Have a bit of fun and move it on if not for you and you still got the R/T,
Had a busy week by my standards anyway, at last got the overdrive out of the MK 2, now got to investigate what the problem is
and serviced and mot'd the MX5, forgot what a great little car it is around my local lanes, being L.H.D we took down to Spain 3 times,,
never missed a beat, Can't remember if i said it's U.S.A spec and trying to find out if we can import it into Canada when my daughter
goes back.

On Collecting Cars , 68 Ford Torino Gt convertible, $10,525 with 3 days to go,
Probably won't see another one at a show or coming the other way.
PS------ Sorry just had another look and the auction has finished and $10,525 is a buy it now price,
Around a third of the price of a Mustang convertible .

An epic trip to the petrol station is planned for tomorrow, if it’s nice out! Not had time to really take it anywhere this week, what with work getting in the way and me removing various bits of it to clean and repaint...... no work tomorrow so I’ll be getting stuck in with cleaning the interior properly and erring on the side of caution I’m going to give it a cooling system flush and refill before giving it some welly as it runs quite hot, even for an Italian V6.

Been to Peter Saywell's charity Goodwood track day today, first one for 2 years due to covid, It’s been in my possession exactly a week and the ‘buzz’ still hasn’t died down.....

Lot's of Italian exotics there of cause ,stunning 68 Lamborghini 400 there ,gunmetal grey with red interior, chrome Borrani's
think it was the same car featured in "Octane" recently ex Paul McCartney, left all the modern stuff in the shade.
A really nice replica GT40 and a Falcon was on the track which made a refreshing change from the modern Ferrari's 911's and McLaren's .

Perhaps not the best year for a Torino (which is really a Fairlane with a new name) - I know some will say "but its a vert - its got an 'economical' 289" - me? - prefer a 70 or 71 coupe Probably won't see another one at a show or coming the other way.
