Brakes for a 70s Blazer

Hello,

I have a 70's Blazer (Hilift) with 350 engine bored and stroked to produce 375-400bhp, but am having problems with my brakes staying on after i stop at lights etc.

They are discs on front and drums on rear, and was wondering if this was a common fault, or whether i need new calipers? if so does anyone know anywhere i can get news front discs calipers and pads for the front, at not a too rediculous cost?

Is it difficult to do. Im reasonably capable, changing most engine components adequately.
