That's actually a quite rare 6m13 Perpetual Calendar and from the 'Age of Discovery' range - there are a whole range of complicated Seiko's that have the rotating crown to change mode - I have a few myself including that one.

Not everyday you see a Seiko Thermic … It harvests energy from the temperature difference between wrist and ambient using a micro thermopile.
