I’ve run into TGN fans in the wild a few times, an Apple Store guy wearing a Doxa in Toronto for example.

Do enjoy it.

Nice. I saw a guy next in line to me in a supermarket not long ago wearing and LHD Pelagos, I was bursting at the seams to start a convo with him but bottled it hehe

Id like a TGN care package but not something i’ve got around to ordering from Jason as yet. I’m in the process of hopefully procuring a Seiko Pogue also, I’m sure the TGN boys would approve

I've had some good conversations with random people over watches.

Love my Pogue. I wear it often - I have a blue one which needs a lot of love but I will have it all done at some point. My advice would be buy an honest one.

I am a subscriber to TGN - the slack is active. I don't subscribe to any thing else like that but going into my 3rd year with TGN.

Have had a brilliant Friday, best day in years. To celebrate I have had fish and chips, an £8 Malbec and put on a watch to suit the celebration (all have rounded off the day for me).

On the subject of watch nerds, waiting to pick up an Indian at the local takeaway chatting to the chap also waiting I see he is wearing a green JLC Reverso. Talk to him about it, about it's design history, polo and horses and next thing I now it is off his wrist and wants me to put it on to share his love of it. Beautiful watch, one of my two favourite watches and what a gentleman. If the circumstance is relaxed I think you should pipe up and talk about other peoples watches. Obviously I wouldn't have done that on the tube.

No one wears a LHD Pelagos by mistake, it was definitely worth opening up a conversation wink

Excellent.

There are plans for a loose TGN get together at the next Bicester Scramble should you be going (and not already seen on the Slack obviously).

This Seamaster is my ‘daily driver’, worn at all
times from DIY to Diving.

A good looking all rounder for a daily IMHO.

I keep looking at the Offerings from Marloe although typically the one I wanted had sold out!

The original Z-22 strap disintegrated so I put it on a NATO so I can wear it again.

£62 for a strap. That’s more than I paid for the watch.

Purchased this over the holidays. Looks bigger on the wrist in the photo than it looks in reality. Will not be to everyone’s liking but I’m really pleased with it.

I’m in Canada, think there will be a Toronto meet up this year though.

The 2254 is a favourite of mine. Shame they dropped the sword hands.

Jason I remember is coming to Wales this year to walk up a few hills, be nice if that could coincide

Played 'swap the strap' today. Wanted to put it on the Pelagos 39, but forgot they decided a stoopid 21mm lug width would be appropriate. So Tudor stays at home and Omega is going to Wales and the Peak District smile
