Any chance of a look at the power reserve on the reverse?

Understated and left-field - very nice choice.

A quick summary....

The watch is called the H. Moser & Cie "Monard". It is manual wind with a 7 day power reserve with the power indicator in the display on the reverse. It comes in Platinum with slate grey dial (this one), white gold with silver dial, or rose gold with black dial. There is also a version with a date.

They do make some other stunning watches. Link to web here...

^^ Nice. Glad it's a hand winder, more in keeping with the style of the watch.

Just had a quick flick through their site - as you said, some stunning watches.

Well my 3rd Invicta has arrived & now enjoying wrist time, I am really impressed by the quality of these watches for the price paid they are really very good. As long as you like the design of course, some of them are far too loud for me biggrin

For those who didn't see it in my original thread - Seiko SSKX013, nice medium/small size diver. Is on daily duty.

The Zenith El Primero Rainbow Flyback arrived at lunch time so I've been wearing it this afternoon. I'm very taken with it so far; Not flash, a sensible size (40mm) and quality feel to it. It's nice having something on the wrist that is a bit special that nobody will notice smile

Priapic, another word I had to look up. Just how well thumbed is that section of your thesaurus laugh

I do really like that aspect of it but to be honest only us watch nerds notice what other folk wear anyway nerd I still need to try a LLD one day!
