I went to a watch shop to enquire about something and brought my Mars moonSwatch along on the off chance they could remove the strap for me (I have a red elastic one arriving from eBay soon I wanted to swap it for).
They took it into the back and about 30seconds later came out and popped the Watch and the now separate Velcro strap in a bag for me. I put it in my pocket and went home.
After I arrived I had a look and they’ve scratched the red ‘bio ceramic’. I’m really annoyed but as I didn’t check while in store I can’t really go back.
Any ideas how I can improve? Polly filler and match some spray paint?
What an absolute ape. They took it into the back and about 30seconds later came out and popped the Watch and the now separate Velcro strap in a bag for me. I put it in my pocket and went home.

Why didn’t they remove the spring bar from the rear of the case?

You should absolutely go back to them with it, there's no chance you should accept that and try to put up with the damage. They took it into the back and about 30seconds later came out and popped the Watch and the now separate Velcro strap in a bag for me. I put it in my pocket and went home.

Thats terrible that they marked the case like that.
I have a moon for myself and swapped out the velcro strap for a wristbuddys black rubber one.
My other half has had the mars from quite early on as it was easy to get. She had one of the wristbuddy white rubber straps but it became grubby quite quickly and wouldnt clean up. They sent out a red replacement so she now used that instead. Its a shame it now doesnt look as nice though.
We were lucky when I got my moon we also managed to get 2 mercury watches too (there was a friend with us) so I gave a mercury to my dad and my father in law for christmas. Swapped the straps to black rubber ones and they were delighted after reading about them.
To get the moon I must have been in once a week for about 30 weeks.
I fitted Xpel ppf on each of them as read about the screens getting marked. A pal has a detailing company so he sent me a batch of them.
My other halfs sister after seeing our moon swatches decided she wanted one so the last one we picked up with the jupiter and stuck on the orange rubber strap.
Not been back into the Edinburgh store as I always felt a bit embarrassed going in asking if there had been a delivery but the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Flipping heck did they use a crowbar to remove that spring bar?
A very cheap soft quality plastic case. I don’t mind the MoonSwatch is plastic, in fact this is the very clue of this collaboration.

They don’t feel like plastic to the touch at all either

It has a different feel, but this is mainly due to the different texture. The feel and weight is clearly plastic like.
I have no problem with this, it what makes the appeal of what a MoonSwatch is. If I want a stainless steel one, I buy the new Speedmaster (which I will do).
I couldn't resist, I was in Toronto and the Swatch shop had a few in, so bought myself this with some Christmas money. The OEM strap is made well but very inflexible, maybe it works on bigger wrist but certainly not mine.
So I got two different straps, a white rubber Hirsh one which is just gorgeous quality, well worth the price. And a Gulf NATO. I can't decide which one I like to wear more. I am under no pretense that I own an Omega, it's just a fun watch for the Summer. Really like how light it is though.

Looks a horrible mix up of a number of other Omega watches in my view. I cant see it being a genuine design.
