Love it or hate it at lest it stands out

I hate to say it but are those lume dots at 12 o'clock wonky? Both photos of the face make them seem so.

Very nice, I've always liked that dial.

Apparently mine's the first wrist to wear this outside of the factory...

I love the idea of this one, but I think it will look the best if worn everyday, then the patina will develop differently across the piece, with lighter places where it rubs under a cuff. Whereas if it is an occasional wearer, it will just get a flat patina all over.

Lovley, but such a shame they have dropped the concealed clasp on the jubilee.

It was a prerequisite when making the purchase to have the concealed crown clasp, really does finish it off.
It also snags on clothes, both potentially ruining the clothes and undoing the blacelet. The build quality is better than the old concealed clasp model, though.

The right one is definitely higher than the left.
I sent an email to Bolido about this and they said I can send the watch back and have
A new dial fitted or would I like a free service and new dial at a later date

Sounds like a good result and I’m glad to hear their customer service is up to scratch.

I had a similar defect with my Breitling and regrettably never did anything about it.

I have this.
So do I. I like it, but as I've said they do snag on clothes.

I like the quality, I like that it's not a Rolex, but bejesus that's an ugly watch.

This arrived yesterday, personally I like its all blackness, just waithing for the full leather strap to be delivered to complement it.

A nice complement to my chunky Festina, SimpleTissot and dress 2003 Breitling.

I agree. I appreciate them as a fine watch, but just don't like their designs.

However, everyone is different, and one mans meat is another mans gravy, or something like that....

I used to think the Nautilus was odd - now I see it as absolutely classic. It's a thing of beauty and I'm quite envious - only quite as I do have a Patek. smile

I'm sorry, but I have to agree. Looks like a crappy '70s Seiko that now infest Ebay coming out of India.
I wonder sometimes if you covered up the name on the dial, would it have the same appeal.

It's strange how one person sees something entirely differently - thank heavens I suppose.

The Nautilus is currently one of the most desirable watches in the world. Beautifully made and (to me) just the most classic look. It's perfection in every detail.

But I must confess to not thinking this way 10 years ago, I wouldn't have bought one. Now, I'd chew your arm off. smile

Knowing it's a Patek is certainly part of the appeal - not for it's value, but because you know how it's been made.
