You cant go far wrong with an SKX007. You might want to swap the Jubilee for a Super Oyster though...

Typical price range? I mean of your watches not of the watch you want me to buy you for your birthday. tongue out
They vary wildly. Only a couple above £350, lots around £100, loads of G-Shocks around £50-80. Most of the "project" ones are very cheap, under £20 and I've got a few from friends and family. My Ebay summary says in the last 60 days I have spent over £1200. I don't recall buying anything other than watches... paperbag

Or an automatic Dynamic, which leave change for a 1960s Seamaster too:

Hmmm... I rather like that! Especially with the blue perforated strap.

Argh. Must stop 'liking' things!!! I already have a Sinn EZM1 in the 'must buy next' queue and I don't have the cash (or wrist time) to justify expanding my collection much more... perhaps ought to sell a few first...

Blue silver blue dials are rare. Silver blue silver manuals or C565 autos arent too hard to find though.

I think I'd go for the Tissot from your list (do you mean this variant as there are a few flavours of the 516):

Nicely understated. Has anyone seen this with a black strap? Had a quick hunt around but not found anything yet. I really like it but would like a black strap on it.

The Jubille bracelet that most come on, for a Super Oyster. The Super Oyster is less busy and more practical, because it retains the diver's extension.

Have you got any pics? I have the same watch with the "Pepsi" bezel, and I hate the strap as it feels really loose. The pins join in the middle, not around the edges so it can bend widthways, if that makes any sense.
What I was really after was a rubber strap for it. I've heard it can be difficult as these Seikos have weird sizes though?

Well it turned up today, very impressed went to my local jewellers to get the bracelet fitted to size, nice weight, although not especially bigger than my last cheap swatch watch it is much bigger depth wise, and obviously a bit heavier but not inconvieniently or annoyingly so. Pleased with my purchase, I shall hopefully refrain from buying my next for at least a few months! biggrin Here are some awful pictures taken by my fair (cack) hands.

Can't go wrong - nice choice & enjoy!

Hello. That is an Omega Dynamic. 'Day' and blue-silver-blue dials are relatively uncommon, but Dynamics arent too hard to find. Theyre available as manual and automatic winds and with a number of different dials (and also on a stainless bracelet).

THIS -clicky link- should wet your whistle
