Initial impression of the Daytona is it's flashier than I thought It'd be. However a very nice watch.
Nice one H, glad to see the saga is finally over – thread update might be worth doing.
Daytona is a different kettle of fish, seeing as it's a Sports watch, whilst the JLC isn't.

Another vintage Seiko to go with the Quartz Monster, Golden Tuna and Big Boy. Hope I like it.

Vintage Baume & Mercier landed today. Lovely thing. Not sure if it's late 40s or early 50s; not that it matters.

Nice. Reminds me of an old Breitling Top Time, that does. Good idea getting a spare one as well seeing as it's a vintage wink

Very nice indeed. Congratulations

I do like domed crystal for the vintage effect

In addition to the Seiko above which may or may not be coming (depending on how useless various family members are)

This will be here tomorrow

And this fellow should be here at the end of the month.

Not bought a new watch for over 10 years so I'm treating myself.

I like. Put that on a black nato strap and I'd go from semi to tenting.

I was talking to Papa Hotel this morning so I've mentioned this to him already, but I've just ordered one of these:
