A very rare showing for this ticking-like-a-time-bomb Russian. Its slow, and loud, beat rate is actually quite cathartic.

I only wear this at the weekends or when I'm on leave from work so I'm enjoying wearing this every day at the moment.

That's rather lovely..... you could tell me it was £50 or £5,000 - I'd believe either.

Like it.

It is a very charming looking watch. I like a loud movement (not so my good lady spin). I have a 90's Oris with the ETA movement which has a lovely pingy boing which is very comforting in the small hours.

Lovely. Nicely timed photo too! Is that the Omega nato?

Ask Bill Gates.

Seriously though, as the previous poster said.... different strokes etc.

G-Shock watches don’t do anything for me yet people avidly collect them. Seems like an innocent pursuit.

Their Edifice line is good value.

Their Marlin 200m quartz diver is much loved too.

Basically whatever floats your stoat.

You're looking for logic in a forum where men spend tens of thousands on jewelery?

The love for casio:
They have an iconic look, are cheap as chips and as a watch, basically perfect.

Cheers, I didn't realise the time until I was about to take the photo that they were all nearly lined up. I waited about 10 seconds to get them pretty much straight.

It is the omega nato. I've never actually worn a nato before but I fancied a change to the bracelet as I wear a PO on a bracelet during the week. I'm really liking the nato though.

I love these Sinns - I didn't realise they had one in this shade, which I think would probably become a very regular choice!

What is the lume like? I am sure I recall reading that it was not as ridiculous as some of the PAMs.
I've never owned a Panerai however if my Seiko SBBN031 is a 10/10 (it's probably the brightest of all the watches I've owned) and my Pelagos is a close 2nd at 9/10 then I'd place the Sinns I've owned/own at about 5-6/10. Sinn, as well as their German counterpart Damasko, aren't known for the nuclear glow even if they do build some great tool watches.
Agreed, certainly doesn't light a room, iirc it's designed to be long lasting rather than ridiculously bright.

I had a PAM, that was brighter.
Thanks for the replies, chaps! smile
