This was my grandads watch, not the most expensive but most sentimental I own.



I'm not one to wear gold but did pick up a very similar 5 but in colours I favoured so they make a good pair.

My SPB has magintised itself again, back to 5 mins fast a day... Getting fed up of this habit its developed. Especially as I do all I can to prevent it.

Tempted to get it sorted, tidied up and sold. Which is a shame as the 90% of the time it runs to spec I love it but having to get it sorted... 4 times now? Is just aggravating. Particularly when it's not the most accurate movement for £1100.

No idea, the only thing I could think of would be the very weak magnet on the watch box, but I stick it on the end away from it to avoid it.

Will take it to the local watch repairer tomorrow and see what they say.
