Lasse V.....The flying Finn?
No no no, just a regular Supra driving drunken finn. (Not the same time tho)There has been a very good conversation in this thread. I'm very pleased about that. There are few suggestions about interesting watches which are new models to me. I'm going to buy next year, so i have plenty of time to choose the right one. ? I was mildly interested in Carrera but it did fade away
So, are there other models what i should consider?
How about a Damasko with an in-house movement (e.g. an A35, H35 or chronograph calibre DU51 movement)
"This is an absolutely amazing set of specifications for a watch under $20,000, let alone under $5000 and from a manufacturer who produces fewer watches in a year than Rolex produces in a day," according to this review.
Rare and therefore exclusive. Beautifully engineered. Probably tough enough to last generations without a scratch. Packed with discrete innovation.

Phuque me - that's £500 less than the cheapest pre-owned price I've seen. Musn't buy it ... mustn't buy it
ETA: ah ... pickup in person and cash only. That's £500 in fuel, tolls, eurotunnel and hotel
Could save on tolls and tunnel if you're anywhere near Normandy week after next ETA: ah ... pickup in person and cash only. That's £500 in fuel, tolls, eurotunnel and hotel

your most kind....thank you This has helped me to realise that I like watches which have a clearly intended purpose, as mine all have and further; why I don't like divers chromos, either.

I also like very plain watches but there's not much point in having half a dozen half decent watches that all look the same

Which is faulty, so God knows how much JLC will charge to fix, and you can bank on at least a 3 month delay before seeing it again.Gassing Station | Watches | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
