What is your verdict on the Strapcode bracelet?

Worth the money? They certainly do look good.

I'm thinking of buying one for my Speedtimer as posted a couple of days ago. I love the watch, and the bracelet is fine, but with only 2 holes of micro adjust, I think I may try something like the Strapcode.
I've got the oyster on my SKX and it does elevate the watch. Fit and finish is top notch.

A selection on AliExpress Nato straps just arrived to liven up a Seiko5, £7 all in, dubious about quality but happy to be proved wrong upon arrival.

I’ve had loads of Tunas over the years but never a “proper” monobloc 1000m one. Just picked up this 35th Anniversary LE version. It’s a bit bigger than the 300m models but the titanium case and ceramic shroud make it so light and comfortable.

That is stunning. Lovely watch Sir. clap
I was very tempted by one of those when i got my Spring drive Tuna. Great watch, although watch out for narrow doorways, its a TALL watch and will get dings!

Yeah, it’s certainly easier to bash than the 300mm Tunas I’ve owned. I’m really tempted by the 55th Anniversary but it looks a huge beast.

Had a try-on of a SSC817 'Golden-Panda' at the local Boutique today and fell quite deeply in love. Price drop to £525 after a quick ask. Anyone suggest a better route?

I bought a strapcode bracelet for my Black Bay and it's pretty good, I also have an Uncle Seiko on an SKX 009 that is really good.

I’ve wanted a custom SKX since seeing someone post theirs on this thread at least a couple of years ago.

The base watch is an SKX-009 so has the slightly blue face and the rubber strap.

I had the watch customised by Zander including updated movement, knurled bezel and crown, Dark knight bezel insert and coloured hands including my son and partner’s favourite colours. I’m very happy with it.

Ive got two, a general wear Sea Urchin pepsi, and a Brian May 2 that doesnt leave the box, only because it's so marmite even I dont know if I like it or not. Nice to have something from Seiko that's outside of the norm though (and Im a big fan of the mans guitar work)

£60 of bargain bling.

Very similar to be I received for my 18th birthday. Which is sadly almost 30 years ago now. Still works perfectly though, very tough watches even if they don’t feel it!
Snap!! Received one for my 18th too (more than 30th so ago) like yours, still works!

I have a couple of Seikos. I really like both of them.

I have this on today (not today's photo though)

I'll find a photo of the other one smile

Excited to hear today this one is winging its way back to me from the Seiko workshop in Maidenhead after a service and cap change… bill was painful but could have been worse had it needed to go back to Japan bounce
Don’t know if you saw my pic of mine but it needs a service. Who did yours ?

Here's Seiko's first chronograph, from August 1964.

Dial's a bit patinated (it's gone gold/bronze but should be silver) and has some marks but I like it. The bakelite bezel is spot on (and they're very fragile) and the bracelet is - I think - unique to this watch, and has no Seiko branding at all so sometimes get chucked away as being non-original.

They're lovely watches these one button chrono's. I have the more common one with the date. I was also lucky to pick up one of the 50th anniversary chronos as well.

The last Seiko I owned was an early 90s sports 150 world timer which got destroyed by water. Recently picked up these two to make up for lost time.

I bought new from Watchnation a couple of months ago. Still available but not sure if these 7S26 Seiko 5s are now discontinued and these are being sold as end of line.

This arrived a little while ago. My first Seiko so I didn't know about the dual language date so almost sent it back.

Not the easiest to read in a dim room but I like the look. The edges of the hands are quite reflective so any light will bounce off them. It still requires more than a quick glance though.
