My new (to me) Spring Drive. I've wanted one for a while as I love the mechanism and the finish of the case and dial. This one came up through PH as it happens. From a Seiko fan and fellow spendaholic! He also owns the most ridiculously under the radar watch on the planet too - that was a pleasure to see when we met.

This is the limited edition 'Asia Edition'. There are probably only 7 people who would know what it is, but I do, and that's an additional pleasure. smile

Really very nice, though as ever the date wheel would annoy me.

Baltic's new MR01 is truly stunning and priced really nice. The movement looks really nice and that salmon dial.... Must resist!

i really want a black dial watch, and was about to buy an aquascape from Baltic, but I think Id prefer that salmon dial instead

I know someone who actually used one in anger. He was caught on a mountain in a blizzard. It saved his life.

To be fair, he can't be certain of that.

I bet that story is outnumbered by people who have used it in the pub.
