Have we had a surge of Zeniths on these pages recently? I'm considering a Captain Winsor with the blue face.

Consider no more - get it bought yes

Zenith are undergoing something of a renaissance at the moment since the era of the terribly 'Defy' watches. Their designs are extremely good right now and bang on size wise with a great range of movements.

They are now owned by LMVH i.e. TAGHeuer and say what you want a about TAG, they know how to make a good looking watch. Say what you like about Zenith, they know how to make a quality product with a great movement.

Should be match made in heaven, it certainly worked for Swatch buying Breguet and Richemont buying Panerai.

Thanks for the kind words on my Timex. I'll tentatively post Timex No. 2.

Mechanical clockwork movement, but powered by a battery instead of a spring. Madness! nuts

Missed this post, Andy.

Definately don't see too many of these about around here. Or anywhere else, for that matter.

Little wrist time for my favourite watch of all, nice one for showing the blue anti reflective etc.
People talk about 'grails' a lot, and grails move about quite a bit it seems. This one is my grail, 8 yrs owned now & its THE one that will never be sold.....

What's the dial made of? It almost looks like rock...

Not everyone's taste, but I guess you'll never risk being sold a fake with a ETA movement biggrin

I rather like it, but I can't see me ever buying one, even if I could afford it (Hell, I could, but the wife insists we live somewhere... pah! biggrin)

Nice watch, thanks for sharing!

Got that wrong – looks like the RM-002. Carbon nanostructure according to their blurb.

No dial – completely skeletonised and the numbers are printed on the reverse side of the crystal.
OK, it's not a dial - What's the movement sitting in, then? smile
