Nice. Does that have a gas escape valve?

I've gone with boring today.

Actually, it looks a bit better in the sun. The second hand has an orange tip! Who knew?

It definitely doesn't have a ring lock system

Lovely.
Apparently the shade of green has changed on the LV now, not confirmed by Rolex though.

Thanks. Yes it has, was just talking about it on the “incoming” thread.

Decided to go vintage today. 1959 Tissot Seastar auto Visiodate. (Couldn’t be bothered to set the date there is no quick set)

This dates from before the Swatch Omega takeover of Tissot when Tissot were considered the better brand.

It needs a service though as it’s losing a minute an hour. I haven’t worn it for about 5 years.

There is a local auction ending tonight for a Defy Classic Skeleton, currently no bids and starts at ~ £3k... 2021 in great condition... I'm very tempted...

A broken spring bar later this is back on the rubber today

I had a suspicion that my wife had got me a watch for my birthday so have held off from buying anything for a while, suspicions were confirmed this morning when I received this.
