Rolex date just 41mm
Discussion
Hi All,
I'm thinking of getting a Rolex 116333 bi metallic with gold Roman numerals. Just wondering what a trader would buy one for? I know watchfind had one for sale for £7,250 and they wouldn't sell for £7,000.
I spoke to a chap in a official Rolex shop who said that there isn't much magic one these watches.
Cheers
Sunil

A 'trader' would probably pay 60-70% of the last known RRP. Bi-metals aren't loved so expect it to be at the bottom end of that spectrum.
Loving my 126333...Bought a SS Sub Date but SS is so bland compared to TT I sold it after 4 weeks. Dull.
To the OP... no such thing as a 116333 DJ41. 116333 is a DJ2. DJ41 is less bulky and better proportioned with 3235 movement which, in my case, is keeping time to 0.5 second per week.
My name is on the list at a local AD for a DJ41, I’m looking at a couple of months or so for a basic SS blue face jubilee bracelet - and as a result I was smirked at when I asked for some price nudging.
Aware the precious metals tend to be wiggle-able more than the steel ones, but they’re popular, so I think you’re just gonna have to cough up!
