Help for an Amateur re: Breitling

Morning chaps.
Been meaning to post this for a whole and finally got round to it.
I have an old Breitling Top Time. It looks a lot like this
but its knackered. Its on a non-original strap, the face is quite scratched and it doesn't work - at all. I can adjust the time but the winder will not wind and I'm afraid to be too heavy handed in case I break something.
I'm after someone who can take a look at it for me and let me know how much it might cost to repair? Any ideas? I'm base in Herts/Berks but don't mind travelling into London if I have to.
