one for the Cartier experts

My moms rotary club are raising funds for a hospice by collecting and sending in old watches. She has been given a Cartier watch by a friend to add to the pot, but I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a legit one and she was unknowingly giving away thousands of pounds.

So my question is, is this a real Cartier or a fake? and if real what model is it

I had the back off, and it doesn't look anything special tbh, just a battery powered movement
