I don't suppose anyone has any photos of the BBF planes that are about at the moment do they? They went over mine, heard but didn't see them frown. Hoping they'll pass back maybe.

I heard something suitable Merlin-ish sounding pass by earlier also funnily enough... Will keep a look out smile

Been seeing a nicely kept original Citroen DS in the St Neots area over the last few days. Most recently parked up near Eaton Socon post office cool

I saw some of these fly over Aylesbury. Had to stop the car for a quick look, but didn't get a pic.

James the Dakota is due at Shuttleworth tomorrow. I should be going. (BiLs mate is pilot in one of the display teams).

But in the meantime the Lancaster was due at 1405 at Little Staughton for a flypast. It was early. Around 1350. I raced up there, the village was heaving!!

Only a few crappy iPhone pics I'm afraid.

She was low. And as big and as beautiful as ever.

Edited to be clear on planes and locations.

Red or maroon E-Type leaving Marlow tonight, and what looked like a sticker bombed F430 going into Marlow; difficult to tell in my rear view three cars behind!

Around 20 MX5s in St Neots Riverside car park this morning. I drive in in the yellow mk2 California but was on such a mission to get home I really didn't have time to be nosey/speak.

I don't think you were headed to Bolnhurst, anything interesting?

I was working at RAF Coningsby a couple of weeks ago and they gave us a little tour of the BBMF hangar and workshops - I was lucky enough to spend 20mins inside the Lancaster and it was such a special moment and very humbling at the same time. Wonderful.

At the Norton Road/Baldock/Letchworth junction was a red NSX with a black roof.
Sounds like the one that seemed to spend at least the last 6 months at Letchworth Honda.

Here's a few highlights from said show yesterday smile -

The most interesting car in attendance at the static display for me -

Reminded me of what a cross between a C Type Jag and a 289 Cobra could possibly look like! Stunning thing. cool

Green TVR Chimaera in St Neots twice last night. First by train station, then little while later on Cromwell Rd. Sounded pretty.
