I've managed to gain access at the substation site too (Via a foreman who works for the national grid who also just so happens to drink in the Pig!) to see it being moved in as well. Should be quite some sight!

A plane, low and loud and of historic type just flew a circuit around my house (just outside St Neots - B645). Unfortunately I didn’t see it well enough to identify. I don’t ‘think’ it was. Spitfire as it looked too large. But honestly I can’t be sure. My Father is unfortunately in hospital at the moment so I can’t even ask for his help anyone local to St Neots see it or able to help me identify? Thanks in advance.

Gutted Dad can’t make it to Daks at Duxford at the weekend so if anyone is going enjoy and please post or send me photos so I can show him.
