I don't think we need a link to a video of a fatal crash, do we?

It's not necessary, but what harm does it do just to watch it?

What's wrong with showing the video?

Looked like the turn itself could have caused the crash.

Off the wall suggestion...how about you don't click the link and then press play if you don't want to see it?

Maybe put a warning the video shows people dying.

It’s not obvious if it does from the OP.

but the first line above the links is the warning, also the video doesn't auto play.

Also, whilst we know that the pilots obviously die in the crash, there is nothing showing their death, or bodies, or anything else that might be considered inappropriate.

Perhaps we shouldn't encourage a prurient interest in other people's tragedies?

The video auto played when I clicked on the second link.

Nothing in the op says they are links showing people being killed just two links and a note saying the pilots died.

Perhaps not, but that video is very tame in the grand scheme of human tragedy, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is shown on mainstream news channels without any problems or censorship.

I don't think it's distasteful to watch the video. It's a far less graphic portrayal of human tragedy and death than the Shoreham footage we all saw.

If anything, we should watch it as testament to the fact that the pilot very heroically steered clear of the crowd worsening his own chances whilst protecting others.

Seems strange, was banking the other way not an option?

As for the moralising, death is an unavoidable part of life. We cover our eyes at a blurry wobbly video showing a aeroplane crash (no blood no bodies) yet avidly hoover up films showing bullets ripping through bodies and blood spurting out gratuitously. Weird times.

I assumed the turn (and smoke) was part of the display, but was too tight and caused a stall?

For god sake stay away from the 9/11 videos then!
