Go for some of the suggestions which have been up up here. Whilst i am the first to rolleyes at those with unhelpful answers they are right, to a degree, here.

It is a massive topic and 10,000 of people have set lose their thoughts on the subject. It can also cover everything from Roswell to the SR71's.

try an evening on Google with him and then find out some of the more specific things that interest him about it. See what you can find on those on Google and if there are any gaps put a post up about them in the Boats, Planes and Trains section where you find less of the @@@@ takers and more people like Eric nerdwhistlelaugh

Also contains some info regarding similar locations in the UK.

Also, for a more generic UK based Tin Foil Hat theory type of website

To be serious for a minute, there really isn't much reliable information available on Nellis air force base, groom lake, or Area 51, which isn't contaminated by lunatics rambling on about extra terrestrials, and flying saucers, and all sorts of conspiracy theory bullst. One fact is that whatever is happening there, the U.S. Government don't want it to be common knowledge. Two years ago, I was visiting friends in Nevada. We went out to the infamous letter box, on groom lake road, and were warned in no uncertain terms, not to proceed any further down the road. We decided to ignore the advice, and see how far down we could go before being stopped. About a quater of a mile down the track, we were forced to stop by uniformed goons in a truck, who were heavily armed. They said that should we decide to ever try that again, the use of deadly force was authorised to stop us. We left sharpish.

That seems to be a pretty daft thing to do in the US to be honest. I'm surprised that your still around to tell that tale.

Pah, it's Area zero you need to worry about!!!

On a serious note, it's a military testing area, so if your trying to get near your either a) A U.F.O. nutter, or b) a spy, both are targets to the U.S. Military shoot
