I have numerous times. I used to work for BA and I regularly flew to NY on Concorde for the craic of it. At £200.00 it often worked out cheaper than spending a weekend in London.

Flew on it four times. Including once where there was a problem with an engine and we had to do an emergency descent (back down to sub sonic) and an emergency landing back into New York. That was 'interesting'.

As the plane was taken out of service after the engine problem, we were off loaded at JFK and transferred onto 747 service. Which meant I was 'down graded' to first class. Not many people can say they've been down graded to first....

Fabulous machine. Though whether BA could have still made money from it with oil at $120 a barrel...?

Downgraded to first class...hats off to you Sir biggrin

Oh, and BA don't pay oil at $120 a barrel...through some clever advance footwork, it's more like $84 a barrel. Something other operators had the chance to do, and never. Hence why now they are so vocal.

Friend of mine had a freebie return trip to NY. He also went forward to the flight deck several times during the flight (in dact spent much of the flight on the flight deck). Sat next to George Michael for lunch (before he came out I think).

Lucky bugger.
