Went down to Bournemouth Airport yesterday morning to watch the Lancasters take off. Engine problems meant I had to go back in the afternoon. I watched VERA do laps with some amazing fly-pasts. Seeing the Canberra and two Hunters take off for Goodwood then return with a low fast formation fly-past was incredible.

I returned today with my daughter to see both Lancasters take off. What an emotive sight and sound. Apologies for the quality of my photos as my daughter was on my shoulders as I took them.

Thought I was going to miss seeing them both, but thankfully my hope from page 3 of this thread seems to be happening. They will both be using Blackpool Airport as their base for Southport Air show (along with a few others planes), so arriving Saturday mid afternoon and depart Sunday mid afternoon.

Cannot make Southport but am free for their arrival and departure times from Blackpool (ETA Sat 15:05 and ETD Sun 14:45)

Times for all the air show movements at Blackpool. Need to add 1 hour to the times below as they are Zulu
