Portuguese squawking 7700 Emergency. Took off from Biggin Hill destination Manchester. Currently dumping fuel.
Slight pedantry, but I don't think a Citation can dump fuel, or would need to: more likely to be trouble shooting the problem, before making an approach smile

I live not far from LBA its blowing a hooli here thanks to Storm Debi.

Looks like this Ryanair flight to Lanzarote did a trail runway test and than went back to the terminal, not see that before but I don't blame them,

It's sometimes the best way to get a decent look at the weather radar before deciding.

The ATIS was 220G51 at the time of that movement (ie. near enough 90 degree crosswind, gusting to 51 kts.

There’s a Super Galaxy out of Spangdahlem approaching the A45 corridor, that’s not got above 14000ft yet. He’s now dropped to the usual 10,000ft for that route, but we don’t often see Galaxies transiting that low over the UK.

It came straight over my house. Here’s a crappy phone picture.

It's descending now so I imagine it's heading into Fairford.

Heard this go over just now and when I looked it up it seems to be a BA aircraft out of Heathrow flying a slightly odd route?

Just curious if anyone has any idea what it's up to?

Did a bit more digging and apparently it's involved in a planned training exercise with the military. Flew over Lincolnshire with the Typhoons close by.
