Anyone know anything about this beast? Flew over the house yesterday at about 1,000ft and looked like it stopped in at Halfpenny Green Airport having come up from the south east coast.

Seems to have started in Wick and ended up in Lille.
I think Wick is the first stopping off point for fuel etc, after Iceland for those doing the trans-Atlantic crossings.havoc said:

Fairly prehistoric KC-135 inbound over Scotland. This one apparently first flew on 16 July 1958, so nearly 63 years ago.

Edit. Another one dropping in to Prestwick after a flight from Pittsburgh. That’s an An-124 at the top of the image, also on flight from USA.

Someone having some noisy fun out of Boscombe in the RAF Medicine Hawk this morning, g-force research I assume.
Noticed the trace doesn't keep up with the trail of fast jets, it has done quite a few loops around Trowbridge area but the trace jumps back several miles when it returns to an earlier point. I guess it's not designed to accurately trace those kinds of moves!

Yes there were at least three. Barely had they took-off when they disappeared from ADSB. I only caught one in time with a screenshot, but that appears to be an E not a C. I didn’t have time to check the others, Could of course be nothing to do with Slow Joe’s visit.

Thanks I'm checking ADSB with interest now, but no sign of AF1, not sure it would even show up though to be honest. a couple of tankers, one UK and one US currently very close to each other heading towards Swindon, don't know if they're related to the days events.![](https://thumbsnap.com/sc/GpuyqSzS.jpg)
