OK, splitting hairs there...the machine was developed for the Soviet Navy and post-glasnost Kamov have found alternative markets.It's still (a) a military helo by original purpose; and (b) bloody rare over here.

I doubt Delta Airlines has a regular scheduled A330-300 service from the US capital to a coastal holiday town in Cornwall.
Odd that it seems to have flown two loops out over the ocean though...
