Cool things seen on FlightRadar

This has been doing the rounds (literally) here for the last while... stunning sight in that fire engine red. It took off from Duxford... any ideas what it is? We're a bit off the beaten track for the British Antarctic Survey!

Looks like it's still theirs, seen it around the UK on FR24 quite a few times before.
Doesn't look like it's been in the Antarctic since the 2nd of Feb but looking at it's history it certainly gets around. Being the flight crew must be a pretty 'cool' gig!

It's winter in Antarctica, I imagine it comes back here when it's not required down there.![](https://i.imgur.com/dIRbzje.png)

It used to be the case with GB registrations too, may still be the case. Colin Chapman of Lotus had G-PRIX on his plane, several commercial planes (e.g. Virgin) have / had 'personal' registrations.
JCB have a number of aircraft with M-JCBA, M-JCBB, etc. Lord Bamford currently on his commute from the Cotswolds to Uttoxeter in M-JCBA, a Sikorsky S-76-C.
Pretty much all the UK airlines do.JCB have a number of aircraft with M-JCBA, M-JCBB, etc. Lord Bamford currently on his commute from the Cotswolds to Uttoxeter in M-JCBA, a Sikorsky S-76-C.
Jet2 use G-LSxx (IATA code for Jet2), G-JZxx (J2), G-GDFx (Good Deal Finder apparently), G-DRT (Dart group - parent company) and their Airbuses are G-HLYx (Holiday)
EasyJet are G-EZ, the A320/321 Neos are G-UZxx (U2 - IATA Code)
Even Ryanair are in on it - G-RUKx (Ryanair UK)
BA have got far too many to mention, the best one still has to be the first Concorde - G-BOAC.
