With the rise of ADSBexchange I don't know why FR24 bother blocking stuff anymore. On this plus side if I look at FR24 and see something like a 737 or A320 that just shows type I'm straight onto ADSBexchange to see if it's a BBJ or ACJ so FR24 is almost helpful.

Some countries still have some old fashioned laws about sharing radio broadcasts etc associated with aviation so FR24 steers the safe course and tries to keep every operator happy.
