Help identifying windscreen support part

Hi all, would anyone one know what this little black plastic thingy is called so I can look for a replacement please? It’s the end of a windscreen support on a boat.

Do you have a picture of it in situ?

Views from different directions and some dimensions would help. Diameter of spigot and across flats of square end etc.

Sorry there should have been more pictures not sure what happened to them but this is the other one, I think I have found a couple but only from America.
