Oddly a search of the builder ( Karl Vertans ) brings up next to nothing.

I have no interest and can prove that by buying the boat if you lend me £70k

That boat is a liability, not an asset.

I messaged the person.

There is a 2011 survey and a 2006 survey, he/she also said that they would have no problem with the winner withholding payment until they have their own survey done.

Seems legit and appears to have very little to hide.

Someone lend me £70k, pretty pretty please.
