This has got to be up there for me:

Just watched it for the first time in decades, pure de Havilland Mosquito bliss and some of the best flying music of all time.

Memphis Belle, especially the pre-dawn and take-off scenes.

Another one - don't know the name - about a B-24 that missed its airfield in Libya and carried on into the desert and the 'surviving' crew turned out to be ghosts...

I know it is a bit of a crap film, but some of 'Pearl Harbor' was good - i.e the Doolittle raid.

There is a film specifically about the Doolittle raid but I can't remember the title. It's pretty good, though, understated. A sort of American Dambusters.
30 Seconds over Tokyo.

Capricorn One - about a faked moon landing and subsequent cover-up.
