So I eat omelettes quite a lot but I quite fancy doing something else with them, immnot a fan of veg or rabbit food Sonora limited to meat and cheese, what else can I do? Obviously there's eggs by themselves but I'm looking for different ways of preparing them. Any ideas? I've got an aga and access to most implements, I don't mine potatoes and swede but I am allergic to seafood and don't get on with fish or mushrooms.

Flan? (Real men don't each quiche)
Tortilla (Spanish Omlette)

The university delicacy of the scrumch.

Hardboiled eggs mashed, covered in salad cream and a dash of worcester with added crispy bacon. Good on top of a jacket spud.

I like devilled eggs on toast - just chop the hardboiled egg white up rather than stuffing it with the spiced yolk. Then put on buttered toast and scoff.

Mix one egg with a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and as much grated cheddar as you can fit in it, spread on bread and grill, add Worcestershire sauce at the end.

Hell yes. Yummy. Although I have never achieved it.

Tin of chopped tomatoes, pored over some ripped up ham and spinage. Herbs, maybe some tobasco sauce, cook it though a bit then crack an egg on top and serve when set

Quiche.

Sod the 'real men don't eat quiche' line. A proper slice of quiche with some salad and crusty bread on a summers day hits the spot for me.

Don't like quiche, French muck but I love egg and cheese flan, used to get at school and it was one of my favourites!

Chorizo would add a nice dimension.
