I realise this may be controversial, I’m trying to cut down on carbs and hate waste so I threw in some leftover roasted cauliflower & onions....

No spam so the tulip pork luncheon did as a substitute, fried the eggs in the dirty mushroom juice which was butter and paprika,

Dear god, that's beyond council !

Did you cook it down a coal mine?
Somewhat reminiscent of that Four in Bed C4 episode when someone ordered a breakfast of scrambled egg and mushrooms. They cooked the mushrooms with the eggs, result being that mushroom juice turned the scramblies a very unappetising dark grey.

Grim.

Impressive they managed to get bar marks on the bacon without otherwise cooking it at all.

Scrambled eggs trying the Heston technique of a bowl over a pan of simmering water and I'll be honest - they were sensational. Take fooking ages to cook though!

Using up what we’ve got left in the fridge - bacon / chorizo / mushrooms fried together, a couple of potato scones and a fried egg on top. Not traditional but very tasty.

Had some bits left over from Sunday - shocking presentation as always and a fair bit of bacon hiding under the toast, plus some dodgy duck egg stacking....
