I've gone simple today. Messy but tasty.

No action shot as my hands were too sticky.

Bacon, sausage and homemade BP from the local butchers. Eggs from my chickens this morning.

Fusion again.

Streaky bacon, pork and leek sausage, black pudding, annihilated egg (*grrr), jalapeno tomato relish, naan. Usual crappy lighting /exposure issues.

  • *annihilated egg due to 3rd party changing mind from flipped egg done hard to sunny side up. Should have told them no substitutions. Git.

Got over my fear of going out for a Bills breakfast. Felt safe with the distancing, temp checks, cleaning etc and the breakfast hit the spot! Wife had a veggie thing, not worth a pic.

It dos look very good. Can't help feeling it deserves better bread. Which was probably the best part of my poor effort this morning.

It just works as a flavour combo. Daughter tried it first time today after previous similar reaction to yours. "When are we having that again Dad?" Won't let her off the egg indecision next time.

Will try them. Froze some Waitrose Gloucester Old Spot this week to try later. 1lb = 4 sausages.

Did they get your order wrong like they always do for me, ? Was the toast cold and the butter rock hard?

Tea's got too much milk in it, toast looks like it was cooked with a light bulb and black pudding remains wrong, no matter how tasty it may be - I just can't get over the idea of eating blood. However I'll happily eat snouts, trotters and aholes in a sausage so the hypocrisy is strong.

Still, 8.9/10 from me.

Sticks.

You’re absolutely right. The toast was a let down but I only have myself to blame.

The tea is strong. Its the pic letting it down.

I have no excuse for the toast.

Black pudding is vital to a FEB. If you like offal I can happily do one with kidney and sweetbreads.
